IELTS
نظام اختبار اللغة الإنجليزية الدولي — اختبار إتقان إنجليزية معترف به عالميًا بنسختَين أكاديمية وعامة. يُقاس على مقياس نطاقات من 1 إلى 9.
يُدار IELTS بشكل مشترك بين British Council وIDP Education وCambridge Assessment English. تُستخدم النسخة الأكاديمية للقبول الجامعي، بينما تُستخدم النسخة العامة للهجرة والتوظيف. وتتراوح درجات IELTS بين 1 و9 بزيادات نصفية عبر مهارات الاستماع والقراءة والكتابة والتحدث. وتشترط معظم الجامعات درجة إجمالية بين 6.5 و7.0، وتضع بعض البرامج حدودًا دنيا لأقسام فردية.
